Charlotte Harris is a Trade Officer for Offshore Wind and Clean Energy at the UK Department for International Trade, based at the British Consulate-General Boston. Through strengthening diplomatic and commercial relationships between the US and the UK, Charlotte works to supports responsible and equitable growth of the offshore wind sector. She helps companies from the UK enter the US offshore wind supply chain, assisting with market entry strategy, positioning products or services, and building a network of meaningful contacts in market. Before joining the trade and investment team at the Consulate, Charlotte worked to build the profile of UK leadership on climate and energy as Prosperity Officer. Prior to that, she spent three years working on energy policy at the United States Congress. Charlotte is originally from the state of Maine.

Ignacio, as Iberdrola’s Floating Wind Department Manager, is responsible for engaging the Floating Offshore Wind sector in order to develop and provide the best floating solution for the Offshore Floating Projects of Iberdrola.
During almost 25 years of professional experience Ignacio has participated in more than 50 projects of industrial and power generation facilities (mainly wind farms and combine cycle power plants). 
He has been in the Offshore Wind Sector for more than 12 years, gaining experience in technical areas, business development, preparation of call for tenders, project development and project management. 
Ignacio has been involved in most of Iberdrola Offshore Wind Projects, taking part in origination, development, engineering and project management of Offshore Projects in Europe and USA.

Chris is CEO of Diamond Offshore Wind, part of the Mitsubishi Corporation family of companies involved in Offshore Wind including Eneco and Diamond Transmission Corporation. 

Chris is one of the leaders of the domestic offshore wind industry.  He founded Deepwater Wind in 2005 and drove development of the first offshore wind project in the U.S. off of Block Island, Rhode Island.   

Chris has more than three decades of experience developing, building and financing renewable energy, combined cycle and energy efficiency projects in the US. 

Chris has an engineering degree from Brown University.

Daniel Kennedy, P.E

Senior Project Manager Offshore Wind

Daniel Kennedy is a Senior Project Manager and Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in design, underwater inspection and management of waterfront, port and offshore engineering projects.  Mr. Kennedy has worked internationally as the Head of the Ports and Terminals group for a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, where his role included the responsibility of managing the design and construction of a new island. Mr. Kennedy is knowledgeable in the development of detailed design packages and time/cost estimates for a wide range of permanent marine related structures.  His design capabilities are complimented with extensive experience in site construction phase services including managing and directing site teams responsible for, dredging reclamation and ground improvement, material inspection and testing, rock works, concrete and steel construction, construction of floating structures, piling driving, retaining structures and structural rehabilitation. Prior to joining Diamond Offshore Wind, Mr. Kennedy served as the Ports Manager for the development of the first utility scale wind farm in the US. He is currently the Foundation Package Manager for the development of the New England Aqua Ventus project, for deploying the first offshore floating wind turbine in the US using UMaine’s VolturnUS hull technology.

Becky Gallagher

Becky is currently the Director of Offshore Wind New Business at Avangrid. Driven by a passion for a just and clean energy transition, her team runs market making, seabed lease auctions, state RFP responses, and PPA contract negotiation for the company. Before this role, she worked in renewable energy project finance for 6 years, managing the U.S. East finance divisions at Avangrid and SunPower. She holds an MBA and a Masters of Environmental Management from Yale, and B.S. from Tufts University. She lives in Boston with her husband and PJ the cat.
